AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms and Conditions form a legally enforceable contract established between you, whether as an individual or representing an organization (“you”), and SIP Mobility. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), regarding your use of our mobile app SIP Mobility. By accessing the Application, you confirm that you have read, comprehend, and consent to adhere to all of these Terms and Conditions. IF YOU DO NOT CONSENT TO ALL OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE APPLICATION AND MUST CEASE USE IMMEDIATELY.

Any additional terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Application occasionally are hereby included by reference. We retain the exclusive right to alter or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason at our discretion. We will notify you of any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of these Terms and Conditions, and you forfeit any right to receive individual notifications about each change. It is your obligation to frequently review these Terms and Conditions to remain aware of any updates. You will be held accountable for, and will be considered to have accepted, the changes in any updated Terms and Conditions by continuing to use the Application following the posting of such revised Terms.

The content available on the Application is not meant for distribution to or use by individuals or entities in any jurisdiction or country where such dissemination or use would contradict legal stipulations or regulations, or where it would impose any registration requirement on us within that jurisdiction or country. Therefore, individuals who access the Application from different locations do so at their own risk and are entirely responsible for following local laws, as applicable.

The Application is designed for individuals who possess an electric vehicle and is utilized for charging the vehicle's battery. Any users who are minors in their respective jurisdictions (typically under 18 years of age) must obtain consent from and be directly supervised by a parent or guardian to use the Application. If you are a minor, your parent or guardian must review and agree to these Terms of Use before you can use the Application.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Unless stated otherwise, the Application belongs to SIP Mobility. Ltd. All components including source code, databases, features, software, web designs, audio, video, text, images, and graphics within the Application (collectively referred to as the “Content”) along with the associated trademarks, service marks, and logos (the “Marks”) are owned or managed by us or have been licensed to us. These elements are safeguarded by copyright, trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights, as well as unfair competition laws in India, other countries, and through international agreements. The Content and Marks are offered on the Application “AS IS” solely for your information and personal use. Except as clearly outlined in these Terms of Use, no aspect of the Application, nor any Content or Marks, may be copied, reproduced, combined, republished, uploaded, posted, made publicly visible, encoded, translated, sent, distributed, sold, licensed, or exploited in any commercial manner without our explicit prior written consent.

If you qualify to use the Application, you are granted a limited permission to access and utilize it, as well as to download or print portions of the Content you have legitimately accessed, exclusively for your personal, non-commercial purposes. We maintain all rights not explicitly granted to you concerning the Application, Content, and Marks.

USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using the Application, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary; (3) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Use; (4) you are not under the age of 13; (5) not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside, or if a minor, you have received parental permission to use the Site; (6) you will not access the Application through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script or otherwise; (7) you will not use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and (8) your use of the Application will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Application(or any portion thereof).

USER REGISTRATION

You might need to sign up for the Application. You consent to maintaining the secrecy of your password and will be accountable for any activity on your account and with your password. We maintain the authority to delete, recover, or alter any username you choose if we conclude, at our exclusive judgment, that the username is unsuitable, offensive, or otherwise unacceptable.
